Biography

My educational background is in Spanish and education.  I received my BA from Mary Washington College and my MEd from the University of Virginia.  I studied for one year at the University of Madrid in Spain.  I continue to take courses to improve my teaching skills and am a national certified board teacher.  My teaching philosophy is that all students can succeed if given the opportunity to learn in a variety of situations.
