Hello. My name is Christine Gordon and I am excited to be a part of the SPC family. My educational backround lies in both education and sociology. I received my BA degree from the University of South Florida in Secondary Social Science Education and then went on to receive my MA degree in Sociology (also at USF). I spent about six years teaching high school students in the social sciences department before I took some time away from teaching to focus on my family. I really missed the interaction with my students (particularly during good discussions) and was excited to get back in the classroom. I have been teaching at SPC since 2007 and have enjoyed it greatly. I always look forward to meeting my new students and exploring the wonders sociology together! See you soon!
