The city of St. Petersburg asked St. Petersburg College to help with the educational portion of its Midtown Redevelopment Act, so the college opened SPC Midtown, which offered its first classes in September 2003.

SPC Midtown offers a small, yet relaxed, educational setting, offering one-on-one attention

from faculty and staff, easing both traditional and non-traditional students into the educational experience.

My experience at Midtown has been a rewarding one in many facets.
