Graduation refers to the term in which you have officially
and successfully completed all of your degree requirements and recorded on the
official transcript. Each graduation application is individually reviewed to
determine satisfaction of degree requirements. To be eligible to graduate, you
must be registered for all classes that are required to complete your degree or
certificate. Final graduation certification is made by Admissions and Records after
final grades are verified at the end of the term.

on ‘View My Advisement Report.” If you have any questions about graduation
requirements, contact an advisor who
can perform a graduation check with you to determine if you are eligible to

rests with you, the student. If a degree requirement is not met, applicants
will be notified by mail at the end of the graduation processing.
SPC holds commencement ceremonies three times a year, at the end of the
Fall, Spring and Summer terms. Let us know if you plan to participate in commencement ceremonies.
After the College has verified that all degree requirements
have been met, your diploma will be mailed to the address you provided on your
graduation application within 2 weeks after the degree is awarded. If your
address changes, email your new address to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Honors designation on your diploma will be based on your final cumulative GPA.
A $15 diploma fee for a duplicate or replacement is required. Contact email@example.com
