At the end of each term, students that meet all graduation requirements will automatically be awarded their degree or certificate. You are no longer required to apply for graduation. The name on your diploma will be the name we have in the SPC student system and will be sent to the address on file. The Graduation Checklist is ONLY required to register for the commencement ceremony and to tell us how you want your name on the diploma and the address to mail it to. To register for the commencement ceremony, log in to MySPC and complete our Graduation Checklist.

- Choose My Learning Plan, from the top navigation
- Choose Complete Graduation Checklist
- Complete the checklist and submit.
- If you need to make changes to your Graduation Checklist once it is submitted, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
