“Telling Stories.” The first anniversary exhibition “Ten Donors/Ten Works” and “Ten Years of Collecting,” presents two collecting focuses. The first focuses on 10 collections by 10 donors whose works have dramatically broadened the art holdings of LRMA. The second focus is on the historical breadth of the collection as presented in the categories of: Works on Paper; Photography; Painting; Fine Art Craft; Sculpture; and the collecting area of Latin American Art. North and South galleries, Leepa-Rattner Museum of Art.

Seven Guitars. Floyd Barton is a natural musician with a hit song and, in the expansive atmosphere after World War II, he dreams of the big time. But as the August Wilson play begins, his wife and friends mourn his death. In Wilson’s only play constructed in flashback, Seven Guitars takes us back to explore what happened. Who killed Floyd Barton, but more importantly, why? American Stage.
