Get firsthand experience with doing business in Latin American countries. The course will emphasize the study of intercultural differences between the United States and Costa Rica as a valid representation of Latin American countries. In addition to regular classes on campus, students will spend 11 days in Costa Rica where they will visit and study at "Instituto Centroamericano de Administracion the Empresas" (Central American Institute of Business Administration), also known as INCAE, one of the top business schools in Latin America. The country's Chambers of Commerce and multinational companies will be used as field-based settings to accomplish the learning objectives for the class. Learn more about Costa Rica.
