Transient or concurrent enrollment
occurs when a student's approved program includes courses at more than
one institution. This usually occurs when a student is enrolled in
prerequisite courses for transfer to another institution.
To be considered for transient or concurrent enrollment, you must
first be enrolled at St. Petersburg College (SPC) as a non-degree
seeking student and enrolled in an approved program at your primary
institution.
To begin certification at SPC, a Transient Student Letter listing the
courses needed at SPC that will be accepted toward the degree program
at the primary institution, must be on file in the SPC Veterans Services Centers. Since both institutions must certify the student, a delay may occur before paperwork is processed and benefits paid.
