The Palladium and Al Downing Jazz Association presents one of Tampa Bay’s hottest pianists – Kenny Drew Jr. and his trio.

The Palladium presents two seasoned Irish troubadours, Jimmy Crowley and Brendan Nolan. Crowley is a living legend in Irish music and his songs are steeped in the traditions of his native Cork. A number of his original songs, like 'My Love is a Tall Ship' and 'Titanic' reflect the strong connection he has to the sea. Brendan, originally from Dublin, has made his home in North America. His songs, such as 'The Curse Of The Immigrant' and 'Far From Their Home', reflect his Immigration experience and that of many immigrants to these shores.

Back by popular demand, singer Whitney James and her quartet will present an evening of romantic jazz standards just in time for Valentine’s Day. Get your tickets early, her last appearance was a sell-out.

In commemoration of the distinguished legacy of the eminent pianist and composer Robert Helps, the University of South Florida is pleased to announce the fourth annual international composition competition and festival.

Curtain Call...a concert and conversation with... Noel Paul Stookey of Peter, Paul, and Mary. A and R Productions LLC and the Palladium Theater are proud to kick off the series 'Curtain Call...A Concert and Conversation' with the world-renown folk legend Noel Paul Stookey of Peter, Paul and Mary. Along with an intimate concert, the concert’s second act also features an interview and questions fielded from the audience. The Stookey interview will be led by Cam Dilley of WMNF Community Radio (www.wmnf.org). There is also a special V.I.P. after-show meet and greet available hosted by WEDU (www.wedu.org) with entertainment by Tampa Bay artist Gale Trippsmith (www.galetrippsmith.com). A autographed guitar signed by Mr. Stookey will be given away to an audience member during the evening. The guitar is supplied by Jim Terry Music. The show is supported in part by WMNF Community Radio and WEDU.

A limited number of VIP passes are available for a post-show reception with Noel Paul Stookey, of Peter, Paul and Mary. The reception in the Stavros Great Room will include live musical entertainment by Gayle Trippsmith. The event is hosted by WEDU-TV, A&R Productions and the Palladium. The VIP passes are not tickets to the concert, only to the reception.

Students of the MIRA (Music Industry/Recording Arts) program at St. Petersburg College present a showcase of music at the Palladium Theater. The History of Jazz: Dixieland to Smooth and Armstrong to Sade. Take a musical trip through time as Denise Moore and Then Some explore the “History of Jazz.” The band features vocalist Denise Moore with an all-star band featuring Billy Marcus, piano, David Pate, sax, Alejandro Arenas, bass and Stephen Bucholtz, drums. You’ll hear music from the ‘20s through today, featuring songs recorded by Ella Fitzgerald, Peggy Lee, Sade, The Duke, Horace Silver and other jazz legends.

Critically acclaimed as the 'Victor Borge of the guitar', Jim creates hilarious antics from everyday life – out of his mind and into your heart! Famous for his million-selling records, Spiders & Snakes, Cow Patti, and the infamous My Girl Bill, Stafford satirizes the obvious with his music and comedy. In concert, Stafford combines hysterical comedy with masterful performances on the classical guitar and heart-warming stories of the human spirit.
