ANT 2003 SURVEY OF ANTHROPOLOGY 3 credits

"G" Prerequisite: (ENC 0020 and REA 0002) or EAP 1695 or satisfactory score on the SPC placement test. This course is a survey of the broad field of Anthropology and an explanation of selected contemporary problems. The origin of these problems and alternate solutions, derived from a cross-cultural approach, will be considered. This course partially satisfies the Gordon Rule writing requirements outlined in the General Education Requirements. 47 contact hours.
