Prerequisite: Admission to Banking BAS, Business Administration BS, International Business BAS, Management & Organizational Leadership BAS, Technology Management BAS, Public Safety Administration BAS or Educational Studies BS. This course presents concepts, principles, and techniques of business management and leadership in a dynamic organizational environment. This course will incorporate management skill development as it relates to the core aspects of leadership.
