PAD 4014 POLITICAL & SOCIO-ECONOMIC IMPACT OF GANGS 3 credits

Prerequisite: Admission to the PSA-BAS program. This course introduces the student to the interrelationship of gangs, public policy, political decision-making, and the social and economic ramifications.  The course focuses on contemporary gang issues, public policy paradigms, national social and economic trends, and the impact of gang activity in the community.  47 contact hours.
