PLA 3700 SEMINAR IN PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY 3 credits

Prerequisites: PLA 2114 and admission to the Paralegal Studies BAS program. This course covers ethical responsibilities of legal professionals, a study in the canons of legal ethics, and areas of liability for professional malpractice. This course requires the student to participate in a community service-learning project approved by the college, instructor, and student. 47 contact hours.
