ATE 4000 VETERINARY TECHNOLOGY CAPSTONE I 1 credits

Prerequisite: Admission to the Veterinary Technology BAS program. Pre- or corequisite ATE 4854 and ATE 3914 with a minimum grade of “C”. This course is designed to prepare the student for successful completion of Veterinary Technology Capstone II. The student will apply knowledge of a professional role in veterinary technology to develop a capstone project based on education, internship, or research. The student will formulate a plan of study and present his/her plan to a committee for approval. 16 contact hours or equivalent.
