FSE 2202 FUNERAL HOME MANAGEMENT 3 credits

Prerequisites: Admissions to the Funeral Services AS program or Funeral Arts Certificate program and BUL 2241, ACG 2001. Co- or prerequisite: FSE 1000. This course is the study of the role and function of the funeral director as an effective manager. Emphasis is placed on small business management functions of planning, organizing, motivation, direction, and controlling in the funeral home setting. 47 contact hours.
