This certificate is designed to incorporate the theory and applications necessary to become a credentialed fire inspector. Students who complete SPC's Certificate Program in Fire Inspector will become eligible to take the competency test for Fire Inspector I which is administered by the State Fire Marshal's Bureau of Fire Standards and Training. These courses will apply towards the AS degree in Fire Science subplan Fire Inspector I.
