with federal requirements. In such publication or Web site, the
institution makes it clear that the individual should contact the
primary accreditor only if there is evidence that appears to support an
institution’s significant non-compliance with a requirement or
standard. The institution is accurate in reporting to the public its
status with the Commission. In order to meet these requirements, the

St. Petersburg College is in compliance
with this comprehensive standard because the name, address, and phone
number of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools are published
in several widely-read publications and in several places on the SPC Web
site, using the appropriate language.

publishes the information on the first page of the College Catalog, in
the Student Handbook, both revised annually.
