Seminole Campus Policies

The College recognizes that there is a free speech right of students, faculty, staff and the public while on campus. Anyone desiring to exercise this right (whether an individual or group) by presenting speeches or distributing petitions or other written information of a public, noncommercial or religious nature may do so on the following conditions:

a) "Reasonable time" shall mean a time period when a signifiant number of students are on campus. b) "Place" shall mean that a prominent place where student traffic flow is significant, and, c) "Manner" shall mean by establishing a table where such person or persons may speak, distribute such written information, and/or invite students and others to sign such petitions. |
