University Partnership Center Information

UPC Student

To obtain a UPC student ID card, please come to the Learning Commons (TL-104) with the following forms of identification:

• PHOTO PROOF OF IDENTITY AND RESIDENCE SUCH AS: A DRIVER’S LICENSE.
  
  
• PROOF OF CURRENT ENROLLMENT SUCH AS:  CLASS SCHEDULE, REGISTRATION, RECEIPT OR VALID UNIVERSITY ID CARD SHOWING THAT YOU ARE A CURRENTLY-ENROLLED STUDENT WITH OUR PARTNER INSTITUTION.

Both forms of documentation are required in order to receive a UPC ID card, and upon providing the documentation at the ID Card location, the student will receive a form to complete in order to receive the ID card.

UPC Faculty

Faculty teaching with a partner institution should make arrangements to come by the UPC office during normal working hours, or see their university liaison on site at the UPC Seminole Campus site in order to obtain and complete the appropriate forms to receive a UPC ID card. Upon receiving the form from either the UPC or the partner liaison representative, the faculty member can then present the form at the ID location to receive a card.
