Wellness Center

A well balanced life consists of intellectual, physical, and emotional stimulation and rewards.

At the Wellness Center, it is our mission to provide SPC students and faculty the opportunity to enhance their physical performance and learn about the intricate balance of intellectual and physical activity. We accomplish this goal by providing a wide range of classes and exercise programs geared to long term optimal health.

We all experience positive and negative stress. Positive stress can be healthy and motivational. Negative stressors can cause a decline in our health.

Keep an eye out for stress-relieving tips and opportunities to participate in everything from intramural activities to individual workouts to help you maintain the best health possible!
