Hours:
Daytime hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Evening hours are Monday - Thursday 6 to 8:30 p.m.
Class hours are flexible
for students who have work or family responsibilities during those times.
What the program
includes:
The program includes, but is not limited to, GED test
preparation through pre-tests, individualized instruction and independent study.
It is self-paced and performance-based, so you work at a speed that is
comfortable for you. Students in the program are encouraged to work closely with the SPC counselors and Career
Centers to explore
career directions.
Getting started:
Interested students
can arrive any time before 10:30 on any morning, Monday through Friday. You
will be taking a two-and-a-half hour preliminary test to
assess the areas in which you need to do your review. No appointment
is needed for this test, but anyone with questions about the class
or the procedures may call the instructor at (727) 543-7282 or 547-7872.
