Deadline to Drop with a Refund

If you are enrolled in a class and you decide that you no longer need or want that class, it is your responsibility to drop that class by the Drop with Refund date.

If your financial aid file is incomplete and/or your financial assistance has been suspended, you must make a decision to withdraw/drop from your classes by this date or you will be held responsible for your tuition/fees.  It is your responsibility to know the Drop/Add dates for each course you are enrolled in for the fall term.

Doing so will ensure that you avoid any academic and/or financial penalty pertaining to that class. If you are uncertain of that date, it is printed on your personal Schedule and Fees Statement which you may access online in MySPC.

The class must be dropped by 11 p.m. on the Drop with Refund Date in order to avoid academic and/or financial penalty.

Fall 2010 term Drop with a Refund deadlines:

• Regular, first 8-week session and online classes – 8/27/2010
• Express session – 9/24/2010
• 2nd 8-week session - 10/22/2010
