(College Rule 6Hx23-5.17 and 5.171)
Changes to course numbers and titles are made by the State Department of Education on a regular basis. Such changes to any course included in this rule will be effective when approved by the State and the fees below will continue to be assessed despite any delays in correcting the course numbers and titles. The Board hereby grants the President the authority to amend this rule, without further Board approval, to provide for the correction of course numbers and course titles as are approved by the State Department of Education and the elimination of course fees for courses which have been discontinued.
