Submit application and fee online or apply by mail or in person. Once your application is complete, you will be assigned a Student Number which is your User ID. SPC accepts in-person payment by check, cash, money order, VISA or MasterCard.

Request officialHigh School, G.E.D./College Transcripts from every high school/GED and college previously attended. Receipt of these records is required for degree-seeking students.
In MySPC, click on "SPC student e-mail." This is the primary method used for official communication from SPC. To forward this e-mail to another address, choose "Forwarding" from the Account Options menu.
