Students
need to review Board of Trustees (BOT) Rules and Procedures to
determine complete policies. Students may review BOT Rules at the
library or provosts' office. This catalog is for information only
and does not constitute a contract between the applicant/student and
the College. The College reserves the right to change, modify or
alter without notice all fees, charges, tuition, expenses, and costs
of any kind and further reserves the right to add or delete without
notice any course offering or information in this catalog. The
College further reserves the right to change any provision or
