It is the student's responsibility to send a completed High School/College Transcript Request Form to every high school and college previously attended. Transcripts submitted from other schools to SPC must be official, sealed copies. Unofficial copies or official copies that have been opened are not acceptable.

Effective December 16, 2008, rule 4.02 was modified such that a student who has completed an Associate in Applied Science degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution does not need to provide SPC with a copy of his or her official high school transcripts. SPC must be in possession of the official college transcript showing the conferral of the AAS or higher degree. The rule had been AA degree or higher.
