Jonathan Chandler knows convenience.
Jonathan Chandler knew St. Petersburg College was the place he wanted to be for three reasons – its location, its low cost and its bachelor’s degrees.
"SPC had the degree I was looking for in International Business and I thought that was just perfect,” Chandler said. “There are some good selections in the degree department here.”
But the biggest benefit for him is online courses, which allow him to take classes when it is convenient.
“I can take classes and not be stuck in one location,” Chandler said. “For instance, I could be in Brazil and still be at SPC.”
And even though he often attends college via computer, he still thinks he is part of the college experience.
“I still have a lot of interaction with the instructors and the other students,” Chandler said. “It’s a good school. I like the environment; the teachers take their students seriously.”
