Have Some Fun and Get It Done at SPC
SPC Marketing | 6/4/2026
Enrolling in college can be overwhelming. St. Petersburg College is making it easier with its annual Get It Done enrollment events July 8-17 to help students across Tampa Bay quickly apply, register and prepare for the upcoming semester. Fall classes start Aug. 17.
Students get their $40 application fee waived if they attend any online or on-campus Get It Done event.
This initiative reflects SPC’s continued commitment to expanding access to affordable education while supporting more than 37,000 jobs and generating an estimated $3.5 billion in annual economic impact throughout the region.
“Get It Done is about removing barriers and helping students move forward with confidence,” said Jacob Wortock, SPC’s Director of Recruitment and Enrollment Services. “Whether someone is starting college for the first time, changing careers or returning to finish a degree, we want them to leave knowing they have a clear path and a team ready to support them.”
Participants can receive support with admissions, advising, course registration, financial aid, scholarships, career exploration and student resources.
In the 2026 U.S. News & World Report Best Online Programs rankings, SPC was again ranked No. 1 in Tampa Bay for Online Bachelor’s Programs and Online Bachelor’s Programs for Veterans for the sixth consecutive year. SPC’s business programs also ranked No. 1 in the Florida College System.
“This ranking reflects our commitment to providing flexible, workforce-aligned business education that prepares students for long-term career success,” said Dr. Emmanuel Hernandez-Agosto, Dean of SPC’s College of Business.
Online Get It Done sessions will take place July 8-13, followed by in-person events July 15-17 across multiple SPC campuses.
