What are Employee Resource Groups?

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-organized communities that foster connections between employees that share similar interests, characteristics, or backgrounds.

Function/Scope

  • Engage in collaborative conversations with your college community of employees.
  • Share with the Belonging Advisory Committee to further foster a sense of belonging.
