Options for Submitting Official College Transcripts

High school and college transcripts list all the classes you have taken and confirm that you're eligible to be an SPC student. Students who are requesting official transcript(s) from prior institutions they have attended should request:

  • An electronic (EDI) transcript from a Florida public college or university. This is the preferred format for expediting review.
  • An official PDF transcript(s) emailed from the institution or designated third party vendor to admissions.records@spcollege.edu
  • An official hard-copy transcript(s) mailed from the institution to the Office of Admissions and Records address

All transcripts must be received directly from either the school issuing the transcript or from the third party vendor used by the institution. Transcripts sent by the student will not be accepted. This includes any delivery notifications a student forwards from a third party.

High school graduates

To order your transcripts, please contact the high school you graduated from and request that they send us an official copy of your final transcripts. If you are asked to submit your request in writing, please use our transcript request form

College transfer students

To order your transcripts, please contact any college you have attended and request that they send us an official copy of your final transcripts. (Each college has their own process for ordering transcripts.) If you are asked to submit your request in writing, please use our transcript request form.

If you completed an A.A.S. degree or higher at a regionally-accredited institution, we won't need your high school transcripts. Prior coursework on a college transcript can also exempt you from taking the College Placement Test.

Wondering how your college credits will transfer to SPC?
Visit our transfer student page or use the transcript evaluator tool. Please allow 10 business days from the time your admissions checklist is completed for transfer credits to be posted to your record. Login to MySPC to view your To Do List or review your Unofficial Transcript to check the status of your transfer credits.

International students

If you attended a high school or college outside the United States, send your official transcripts to an approved NACES agency for evaluation. The agency will then forward the evaluation to SPC. (Foreign high school transcripts require a document evaluation. Foreign college/university transcripts require a course-by-course evaluation. Both evaluations must be for educational purposes.)
