Students who complete the requirements graduate from SPC with an Associate in Arts Degree and meet the state-mandated pre-requisites of their four-year major.

T.E.A.C.H. Scholarship Program is available for this program

The Teacher Education And Compensation Helps (T.E.A.C.H.) program provides scholarships to early learning and afterschool teachers, directors, family child care home educators, and child care facility owners working towards their Florida Staff Credential, Director Credential, National CDA Assessment, credential renewals, or Associate, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degrees in early childhood education.

Completing this A.A. degree transfer plan means you'll be ready to continue your studies into SPC's Educational Studies B.S. degree, Early Childhood Education subplan. Our bachelor's degree does not lead to a teacher certification, but does prepare you to work with preschool children.
