Next Steps

  1. Apply to St. Petersburg College and pay the $40 application fee. (At the end of the application you will be given a student number that you will need to apply for the scholarship.)

NOTE: SPC Early College and SPC Dual Enrollment students will not be required to submit a new SPC application prior to applying for the Presidential Scholarship. Simply skip to step 2.

  2. Complete the Presidential Scholars Scholarship application before Jan. 20, 2021.
  3. Register for at least 12 credit hours for the Fall Term immediately following high school graduation in a degree-seeking program. (This scholarship requires that you enroll in at least 12 credit hours in the Fall and Spring terms as a degree-seeking student. Summer enrollment is optional.)

The scholarship is awarded based on academic merit and test scores. Due to limited funding, not all eligible students will be awarded. All applicants will be notified regarding the status of their application beginning in March 2021.
