Ralph Reid, Acting Director for HR Operations and Employee Compliance, coordinates the College's efforts to comply with federal and state laws regarding non-discrimination (including but not limited to, Title IX and Section 504) and carries out the College's responsibilities associated with inquiries and complaints alleging discrimination.
