At the Caruth Health Education Center, we specialize in preparing you for the challenges of the healthcare field. We offer a patient-care clinic for dental hygiene, an $11 million building for the College of Orthotics and Prosthetics and a simulated hospital training facility called SCENE. The state-of-the-art mock hospital is fully equipped with patient simulators allowing students to practice clinical procedures without endangering real patients.

At HEC, we offer certificates, associate and bachelor’s degrees and continuing education credits.

• Take the exit for 66th Street/St. Pete Beach and bear right
• Continue south on 66 St to Park Blvd. (74th Avenue)
• Health Education Center building is on the southwest (right) corner of Park Blvd and 66th St.
• Continue through the intersection to find the entrance, about ½ way down the block

From Southern Pinellas County:  

• Drive north on 66th Street
• Health Education Center building is on the southwest (left) corner of Park Blvd and 66th St.
• Just past the 70th Ave N intersection, turn left into the campus entrance

From Tampa:  

• Drive west on Howard Frankland Bridge
• Take exit 31 for Ulmerton Road (SR 688)
• Turn left (south) at 66th Street
• Continue on 66th St to Park Blvd. (74th Avenue)
