SPC Student ID

Why Go Digital?

Your Digital Student ID is the fast, convenient way to:

  • Check out library materials (if currently enrolled)
  • Attend student events and campus activities
  • Use campus computer labs and wellness centers
  • Enjoy free entry to select cultural and special events
  • Ride PSTA buses at no cost

Whether you're on campus or learning online, your digital ID gives you the same access to services, events, and student benefits—without needing a physical card.

Getting started is easy! Just visit the Digital Student ID Guide for step-by-step instructions and submit your request through our online application.

Eligibility Requirements

To request your student ID, you must:

  • Be currently enrolled for the upcoming semester
  • Have no outstanding balance on your student account
  • Have full tuition coverage posted to your account (if using financial aid)

Health Program Students

  • Students newly admitted to Limited Access Health Programs should not request a Digital ID through this page. You’ll receive specific instructions during your program’s onboarding and orientation.
  • Students in the HSA-AS Health Sciences program (non-limited access) may follow the steps above to request a Digital ID.

College of Education Students

Physical ID cards are required only for College of Education students in internships. If you’ve been admitted but are not yet in your internship, you do not need a physical card and may use a digital ID instead. The quickest way to get your physical ID card is by visiting any SPC campus location.

If you're unable to visit a campus, you may request your ID online by following these steps:

  1. Email: Send a request to StudentIDCard@spcollege.edu.
  2. Auto-Reply: You’ll receive an email with a link and instructions to complete the online application.
  3. Submit Your Info: Upload your photo and complete the form via the link provided.

Important Note:

Physical IDs may take up to 30 days to process and will be mailed to you. Processing begins in the third week of classes and is not available during the month of June.
