FIRST DAY BOOK PROGRAM Partnership
The First Day Book Program is a partnership between SPC, Barnes & Noble and the Publishers to bring course materials to students on the first day of class through Canvas at a discounted rate.
Students can opt out and purchase materials elsewhere if they choose.

How do I use the First Day Book Program?
When you log in to Canvas, click on course materials and follow the steps to access your eBook and labs.
When can I get my materials?
Materials are available on the first day of class.
How do I pay?
If you are paying for your books out of pocket, your SPC student account will be billed approximately two weeks after your class begins.
If you are using a third party vendor, the bookstore will invoice the vendor.
How do I opt out?
Log in to Canvas, select BNED Course Materials and select Opt Out. The opt out deadline is 10 days after the first day of class. If you opt out, you are responsible for purchasing the course materials.
