Fun, safe and enriching

SPC’s College for Kids combines spring break and summer camp with the opportunity for students to experience the look and feel of a college campus. State-certified instructors work with students in grades 4-9. Participants take part in a variety of activities – from visual and graphic arts to field trips to area museums like the Leepa-Rattner Museum of Art.

This youth program is offered at SPC’s Downtown Center and the Tarpon Springs Campus during the spring and summer. Activities for participants vary, depending on the program’s location.

College for Kids blends the fun of camp with unique and enriching opportunities offered by a college campus. Students enrolled in the program receive:

  • Quality instruction led by credentialed teachers
  • Access to an SPC campus
  • Fun, active, entertaining experiences, including field trips – without the pressure of tests or grades
